About Us
Graham and Lorraine Leck recently sold their Dental Practice to
set up a full time Crossfit Box.
We were introduced to CrossFit in
June 2008 by Neil Foley of CrossFit Scotland, and since then
have managed to achieve substantial weight loss. More
importantly Graham has removed the need for medication for
Hypertension by reducing his blood pressure to within normal
levels.
We are CrossFit Level 1 Trainers,
CrossFit Kids Trainers. CrossFit Basic Barbell Trainers,
CrossFit Olympic Lifting Trainers, CrossFit Gymnastic Trainers, Concept 2 Trainers and
CrossFit Kettlebell Trainers.
